The aim of the project is to develop a unique AI-based data processing technology that brings production planning in the machining industry into the digital age. The project is funded by the state of Schleswig-Holstein as part of the AI guidelines.

Web-Based Configurator for Special Tools in CNC Manufacturing

We are developing an innovative software solution to digitalize the inquiry and ordering processes for special tools. With the new web application, customers can configure and request their special tools online, while manufacturers receive the data in a structured, machine-readable format. This significantly reduces communication effort and lead times, making order processing more efficient.

This project is funded by the Economic Program of Schleswig-Holstein 2021–2027 with support from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The aim is to advance digitalization in small and medium-sized enterprises and to sustainably strengthen the competitiveness of industry in Schleswig-Holstein.
