The TOOLTIP AI Tool Assistant is intelligent software for the automated analysis of CNC parts and the systematic planning of their manufacturing processes.

Based on a 3D model and a technical drawing, the software identifies relevant geometric features, recommends suitable manufacturing processes, creates process plans, and determines the required cutting tools.

The AI Tool Assistant supports key tasks in cost estimation, process planning, and CAM programming — from the initial assessment of a new part through to production preparation.
